Founded in 1957, Dar Manhal Al Hayat (i.e. Source of Life) is a publishing house on a mission to resource the Arab World with quality Christian and educational resources. We publish Arab authors as well as renowned works translated from other languages. Our market includes various countries in the Middle East North Africa including Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Iraq, Egypt... In 2007, Dar Manhal Al Hayat - DMAH - established The Gateway Bookstore to render our publications more accessible to the local Lebanese market. At The GateWay Bookstore you will find an enriching selection of resources in English and Arabic - including books, music, videos and creative gift items for every occasion. Dar Manhal Al Hayat also offers design services at the hands of a gifted team that can develop corporate branding, basic office stationery, invitations, posters, school year books... Dar Manhal Al Hayat - and other educational institutions - operate under the umbrella of their legal owner, The Lebanese Society for Education and Social Development (LSESD), a local non-profit organization.
